Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms for group bookings (5 or more people) and during high season

• Free of charge up to 21 days before arrival
• 21–14 days before arrival: 50% of the expected booking total
• 14–0 days before arrival: 100% of the expected booking total
• Early departures are charged at 100% of the expected booking total

Cancellation terms for individual reservations

• Free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival
• After that: 100% of the expected booking total
• Early departures are charged at 100% of the expected booking total
