Our kitchen keeps things simple—no fuss, no frills—just genuine cooking with care, passion and fresh ingredients. Wherever possible, we source our products from the region and surrounding area.

On the menu, you’ll find local specialities such as homemade Pizokel, fresh salads, traditional Grisons barley soup, Maluns, and a fine grilled pork chop. Homemade cakes and tempting desserts round off our small but carefully curated selection.
